A Touch of Pink – Fashion Friday

Sometimes, it’s just too much work to be cute, especially when it’s so cold outside. That’s why I like to rely on the color of my comfortable basics to do the talking for my otherwise lazy self. Here, I show you how a pair of pink jeans can really freshen  up your look— so you won’t be afraid to pick up those adorable mint-green skinnies you saw last week but didn’t buy… you better run back for them girl!

The trick is to keep the rest of your outfit relatively neutral so that one article of clothing stands out.

Cinnamon Snail, Cinnamon Donuts

Edo Pack Snacks, Chocolatey Fun

When I’m not near the city but still want to enjoy some yummy “fancy-ish” chocolate snacks, all I have to do is walk over to my local Chinese supermarket and check out their snack aisle. Surprisingly, there are puhlenttttty of cheap, affordable, unadvertised  vegan snacks to be scavenged in such a place, which makes it […]

Here is what you’ll need: – 1 packet Phyllo dough: […]

Lunar New Year & Alien Dumplings from Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao

Chinese New Year is probably my favorite “holiday”— and I stress the quote marks since we don’t actually get the day off (c’mon America, isn’t it time you guys recognized a day that means more than frickin’ Brooklyn/Queens day? If you guys can get all the Jewish holidays off, can’t we just get ONE DAY […]
